Volkswagen Golf GTI 16V

Classic cars are all the rage so we thought it was about time to review one of the upcoming classics the Volkswagen Golf Mk2 GTI, the hot hatch legend if you will, this particular Mk2 is our very own car, the 16 valve 1.8. The older Golf cars have now become iconic fast catching up with the Beetle etc, they are now a very desirable car, classic and retro and of great interest to the classic car collector.

Now as you would expect this Golf isn't like the new ones as you'd expect, however how different do you think it really is? The answer is extremely different, it's considerably bigger, especially the later models, no driving assists and nowhere near as economical, but a whole lot more fun.

The 2017 London Motor Show has had its fair share of official unveilings, one of the highlights for us was the debut of the MG XS. A compact crossover SUV making the perfect addition to the MG line up fitting into the competitive growing crossover market. This latest offering gives buyers a larger option over the MG3 and a smaller alternative than the GS.

Aston Martin Vanquish Red Arrows

The Vanquish S is a stunning car in it's own right, however this particular incarnation is a new level of beauty.

Possibly one of the prettiest Aston Martins ever made, in my opinion. The Red Arrow inspired car is one of only ten being commissioned by Aston Martin, all featuring unique exterior and interior styling, all in the name of the RAF's most prestigious aerobatics team.

Vauxhall Corsa 1.0L Turbo

Courtesy of Vauxhall we were able to review the Corsa 1.0L Turbo - the small hatch back with a punch, as we found out and it's a review unlike any other as it's our first.

At first glance we were genuinely surprised by the calibre of the car, especially for its size and the market it is targeted at. The first thing you have to ask yourself is why choose the Vauxhall Corsa over say the Fiesta EcoBoost? Well that's what we're here to find out.

It will come as no surprise when I say a new Bentley Continental is now on the horizon, after selling tens of thousands of the luxury GT car over the last 14 years. Most popular with the super rich, and firmly establishing a place in just about every premier league footballer’s driveway.
